Georgi DichevGeorgi Dichev

Georgi Dichev is born on 26th July 1973 in Sofia.

He graduated 7th Highschool “The Seven Saints” in 1991 and the same year started studying Law at Sofia University, St. Kliment of Ohrid. In 1995 he graduated.

Between 1997 and 1999 he worked as a legal expert at the Office of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Starting 1st July 1999 he became an enforcement judge at Sofia Regional Court. He is among the founders of the Bulgarian Union of Enforcement Judges and its chairman until December 2005.

He was among the leaders of the enforcement liberalization reform in Bulgaria and was elected unanimously as the Chairman of the Council of the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents on its Constituent Assembly on 26.11.2005, in January 2009 he was reelected for a second term as Chairman.

Since 2002 Mr. Dichev was involved with the issues of enforcement of civil judgments in Bulgaria. He participated in the drafting and preparation of all laws and regulations connected with the introduction of private enforcement as well as the Enforcement part of the new Civil Procedure Code.

He was acting as the Bulgarian representative in the International Union of Enforcement Officers (UIHJ) – an organization of enforcement officers of more than 70 countries.

Georgi Dichev is a licensed enforcement officer since 04.04.2006.

Radoslav AssenovRadoslav Assenov

Radoslav Assenov was born in Vidin on 7th November 1975.

He graduated from the Mathematics High school Antim I-st in Vidin in 1993. The same year he started studying Law in the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and graduated in 1999.  

Between 2000 and 2005 he worked as a legal expert to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests – National Department of Forests. 

From 2005 to 2006 he wass in-house lawyer in Central Cooperative Bank.  

He joined the office of Georgi Dichev in 2007 and until 17th June 2008 he was legal expert and after that date he was licensed as Assistant Enforcement Agent.

Katya Asenova

Katya Asenova is born on 20.08.1970 in Sofia.

She graduates specialized secondary education in Ernst Telmann School in Sofia in 1989 with a speciality internal trade.

In 1998 she graduates with a Law Degree from Sofia University.

From 2004 to 2007 Katya works in the customs clearance agency and representation company Extrans, and from 2007 to 2009 in the international transport and logistics company Eurosped.

From 2009 to 2011 she is a public enforcement officer in Debt Management Department of Collections Directorate to the National Revenue Agency – Sofia.

Starting 21.02.2011, she is acting assistant private enforcement agent in the office PEA Georgi Dichev.
